Drill 1: On Feet (2 of each)

  • No Glove Roll the Ball: (10 total) - Watch Video

  • Short Hop with Glove: Same as Above - Watch Video

  • Short Hop to Power Position (prepare feet & total body): Same as Above  - Watch Video

Drill 2: Ozzie “Pick & Pop” Short Hops on Knees - Watch Video
*Focus on Quick Ball Exchange & Get Rid of the Ball

  • Middle: 2 reps

  • Backhand: 2 reps

  • Forehand: 2 reps

  • React: Forehand, Backhand or Middle (4 reps)

Drill 3: Backhand & Forehand on the Move 3 or 5 Steps (3 Each Side) - Watch Video
Move to Back Hand & Then to Forehand & Pick & Pop the Throw to Teammate
