Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Pulaski Baseball Tournaments

Recreational League
Tournament and League Players For league players, a full refund (minus a $25 administrative fee) is available until the close of registration. If a refund is requested before the day of uniform pickup, 50% of the fee paid will be refunded. No refunds are available on or after the day of uniform pickup. If a player is not selected for a tournament team and decides not to participate in any capacity, they will receive a full refund minus the $25 administrative fee. Alternatively, if a player is not selected but chooses to play in the league, they will receive a refund equal to the difference between the tournament and league fees, with no administrative fee applied in this case. Volunteer Responsibilities Volunteer responsibilities and the volunteer deposit check are managed based on the timing of the uniform pickup. If a family withdraws before uniform pickup, they are released from volunteer responsibilities. However, if withdrawal occurs on or after the uniform pickup day, the parent or guardian must fulfill their volunteer commitment, regardless of the player’s health, status, or participation. If the responsibility is not fulfilled, the volunteer deposit check will be cashed.
